"Haven't gotten my order yet"
I made a purchase on July 19. I received tracking info, but it shows there are delays at customs. I contacted DHL, and they told me it’s not their issue; I should get in touch with the seller. I tried calling, but the person on the line didn’t really get what I was saying in English and told me to send an email. I've already emailed twice and still haven’t heard back. My credit card has been charged, so I really need to know what’s happening!
